Dave McKean has been a real estate professional since 1987. He currently is owner and broker of his own company, Classic
Real Estate, Inc. and Classic Property Management of Santa Clarita. He specializes in residential properties in the Santa
Clarita, San Fernando, and Antelope Valleys. Dave was Rookie of the Year in 1988 and a consistent multi-million-dollar
producer, earning designations of GRI and Broker. He is heavily involved in the CAR, NAR, and NARPM. Clients from all
stages of life have trusted Dave to get the job done.
Dave has also published articles such as "7 Mistakes Sellers Make in Selling Their Homes" and has been a guest speaker
on radio shows such as AM1220 Santa Clarita Real Estate Forum. He is involved in his community through The American Red
Cross by teaching First Aid and CPR since 1976. He helped found Apelles Quest, a pregnancy center/shelter/rehab ministry,
and is a high school boy's counselor and leader at Grace Baptist Church.

Dave McKean was born and raised in Hollywood California. He is a dedicated husband and father of four. Living and
working in the local area for over 20 years has given Dave the ability to see the market change and grow over the
years.
After fourteen years as a missionary, Dave has a passion for helping others and his community through real
estate and property management. He works closely with the Master's College and Seminary helping students and
professors with their housing needs. Dave has built a strong reputation with the local real estate agents and
community as a loyal and reputable broker fo integrity. He is an active force in the Santa Clarita Valley for
those who are looking to buy, sell, rent, or lease their residential property.
